Using this site
This site presents the residences the house offers for sale and to rent, the cities where it works, and the ways to reach it. Using it means accepting these terms.
You may browse it freely. Please do not use it in a way that could harm it or other visitors, for instance by sending it automated requests or by trying to reach what is not public.
Our listings
We describe each residence with care, from the information its owner provides, verified as far as we reasonably can. Photographs, surfaces, plans and descriptions are given for information only: they are not contractual and do not form an offer.
A residence may be sold, let or withdrawn before the site is updated. Its availability, its price and the conditions of a sale or a rental are confirmed only by us, in writing, and only an agreement signed by the parties commits them.
Where a price is shown as on request, we give it to you personally. Our fees are set out in writing before any commitment.
Sending an enquiry commits you to nothing and does not make us your agent. A mandate is always signed separately.
Photographs, texts and name
The site, its design, its texts, its photographs and films, and the Essaid Estates name and monogram are protected by intellectual property law. They belong to the house or to their authors, who have granted us their use.
You are welcome to share any page by its link, and search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and cite the site. Any other reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, requires our written permission: write to contact@
Our responsibility
We take care that the site is accurate, up to date and available, but we cannot promise that it will never contain an error or be interrupted. We correct what is reported to us as soon as we can.
Links to other sites are given for your convenience, and we do not control what they publish. A conversation started on WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, in particular in the case of fraud or serious fault, nor reduces the rights you hold as a consumer.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Casablanca, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring it before the courts where you live. That right remains yours, as do the protections of the law of your country.
These terms exist in French and in English. Should the two ever differ, the French version prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one shown here, dated at the top of the page.
