In short
- The site keeps nothing you write. Its form prepares your message, and you send it to us from your own WhatsApp.
- What you send us on WhatsApp or tell us by telephone, we use to answer you and to follow your project. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.
- It stays with the house and the few trusted providers who host the site and carry our conversations.
- The site sets one cookie, which remembers your language. There is no advertising and no tracking from one site to another.
- You may see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@
essaidestates.com.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us, and the little a website needs in order to work safely.
- When you write to us: the message you send from your own WhatsApp, prepared by the site’s form if you used it, with your name and the residence, city or search it concerns, and your WhatsApp number and profile, which WhatsApp shows us.
- When you call us: your number and what you tell us.
- For security: the internet address of your device, which our hosting provider sees in order to serve the site.
- Your selection: the residences you keep stay in your own browser. We see them only if you name them in a message.
The form sends nothing itself: what you type stays in this page until you send it from WhatsApp, and you may change it there before sending.
Please leave out of your message anything we do not need, such as identity document numbers or bank details.

When your data travels
Some of the providers who help us are based outside Morocco, notably in the United States, and the site is served from data centres around the world, so your data may be handled abroad.
These providers act only on our instructions, under contracts that protect your data. You agree to these transfers when you write to us.
Your rights
You may, at any time and free of charge:
- ask what data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it deleted, unless the law obliges us to keep it;
- object to its use, and in every case to receiving news of our residences;
- withdraw an agreement you gave us, without affecting what was done before;
- ask us to limit its use, or to send it to you in a format you can reuse.

If you feel we have not respected your rights, you may also turn to the data protection authority of your country.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection and receives nothing from its form. Your messages can be read only by the people who handle them.
No information sent over the internet can be guaranteed to be perfectly safe. We choose our providers and our methods to make it as safe as we reasonably can.
Changes to this page
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the version in force. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
